1. Shipping & Delivery
   We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required.
   Processing Time: All orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
   

   We provide two shipping options for you to choose from:

   1. Express Shipping: Estimated delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
   2. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery takes 7–15 business days after dispatch.
   
   Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. Transit may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Coverage
   We currently ship to all countries worldwide. If you have any questions about delivery to your location, please contact us for confirmation.
3. Customs & Import Duties
   We offer DAP (Delivery at Place) shipping by default. Import duties, VAT and other local customs fees are to be borne by buyers upon delivery. You can check the estimated tax range from your local customs authority before purchase. We will fully support you with customs clearance documents if needed.
   
4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Delivery Issues If your order is lost, damaged or delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us at longvision2009@outlook.com with your order number. We will assist you with resolving the issue as soon as possible.
